Tournament
The BTN tournament organisers are busy finalising the details of the 2 day, 7 aside tournament and full information will be made available here shortly.
Until then some useful information:
CAPTAINS BRIEFING: A captains briefing will be held on Saturday morning at 8.45am which must be attended by the captain or lead person from every team.
MATCHES: Matches will begin at 9.30am on each day. There will be 16 teams in action at 9.30 on Saturday, so be ready! We will release groups and fixtures on the Friday afternoon so you can be prepared for your first game. All games are 15 minutes long without a halftime break. Each team will have at least eight matches over the weekend, though some teams may play one more to allow for the tournament structures to work.
WRISTBANDS: All players must be wearing a player wristband at all times during the event - this gives you access not only to the pitches but also to the main festival marquee and entertainment (clubs entering more than one team are not permitted to swap players over the weekend unless agreed in advance with the Tournament Leads). PS - Wristbands can be collected from the Info Desk from 5pm on Friday afternoon and from 830am on Saturday morning.
HERE TO HELP: We have a dedicated Tournament Desk, led by our two lovely Tournament Leads who will be on hand to support you over the weekend. We also have captains WhatsApp groups which we advise joining (Captains will have received a link to join these via email) where we will be sharing any important tournament updates
